Family-Owned Furnished Rentals
Kevin and Jovanna met in Miami in 2012, and have traveled the world together ever since. They run businesses centered around their passions, including Meditation Magazine and Meditation University. They have two children: Sky and Atlas. Now, Kevin and Jovanna own and operate three short-term rental properties in Downtown Miami, right across from Bayfront Park! What is your cancellation & refund policy?
• 48-hour grace period: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your check-in date is at least 14 days away, you will receive a full refund.
• More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus payment processing fees.
• 14 days or less before check-in: No refund, unless we are able to rebook the dates; if rebooked, we will refund the rebooked nights minus processing fees.
• After check-in: No refunds except for documented habitability issues that materially prevent occupancy.
What is Heart Centered Ventures LLC and how can I pay?
Heart Centered Ventures LLC is our corporate entity. We use it to operate our furnished residential units in Miami for short-term stays. We accept direct bookings by referral and process credit card payments via Stripe invoice/payment link.
What are the rules for guests?
Identity & House Rules
• Guests must provide a government-issued ID before or at check-in.
• Guests agree to basic house rules (quiet hours, no parties, no smoking unless explicitly allowed).
• Unauthorized parties/events are grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.
Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout our apartments, including in all guest rooms, common areas, and meeting spaces.
Are pets allowed at your hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed due to our building's policies.
